Interesting the largest picture on the front cover is Rob Stoner on bass (RTR) yet I don't see his name mentioned. He's easy to find flag down with at least one of your E's, Ray!
Theoretically, but you'd probably have to ask them to order it. Once downside of self-published books is that they are unlikely to appear on bookstore shelves on their own. But it would be available to them to order.
